CORRY — The Corry Police Department has released details of a harassment investigation stemming from an incident reported last month on East Frederick Street.
According to a news release issued by police, officers responded to a disturbance at 15 E. Frederick St. at about 11:13 p.m. on July 17. After separating the parties involved and conducting an investigation, officers determined that 28-year-old Brandon Adamaszek of Corry threw an unopened can of pop that struck the victim.
Police charged Adamaszek with harassment. The department released the report this week after completing its investigation.
The charge is an allegation, and Adamaszek is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
