CORRY — Pennsylvania State Police are advising motorists that a sobriety checkpoint will be conducted within the Corry station’s patrol area sometime during the month of August.
According to a public information release issued by the Corry station, the checkpoint will take place within the station’s coverage area as part of an impaired driving enforcement effort.
State police did not announce the specific date, time or location of the checkpoint.
Troopers said enforcement statistics and results from the operation will be released in a follow-up news release after the checkpoint has been completed.
