SUGAR GROVE TOWNSHIP — A Pittsfield man faces a DUI charge following a crash early July 19 on Page Hollow Road in Sugar Grove Township.
Pennsylvania State Police said 30-year-old Jaykup Durlin was traveling north on Page Hollow Road near 4400 Page Hollow Road around 3:26 a.m. when he lost control of a 2006 Honda Pilot.
The vehicle left the roadway, struck a ditch and embankment and came to rest in the roadway. Police reported suspected minor injuries, but Durlin was not transported for medical treatment.
According to state police, Durlin was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for DUI. He was also cited for multiple Title 75 violations.
Police were assisted at the scene by Russell Volunteer Fire Department, Penelec and Rarey’s Auto Service.
Durlin is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
