CANADOHTA LAKE — The Canadohta Lake Area Business Association will host two annual events Saturday, Aug. 15, giving visitors an opportunity to browse local crafts and vendors before an afternoon of classic cars and trucks.
The annual arts and craft show will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Frog Pond Pavilions, located at 35765 Circuit Drive. The event will feature vendors offering a variety of handmade arts and crafts.
The association’s annual Cana-Doo-Wop Cruise-In will follow from noon to 4 p.m. at the Canadohta Roller Rink, 36046 Lake Road.
The free cruise-in will feature classic cars and trucks, with activities including a Chinese auction and 50-50 drawing. Proceeds will benefit the association’s annual fireworks show.
Sunny 105.7 radio will also be on hand during the cruise-in, with DJ Tom Lavery and opportunities for visitors to win prizes.
The events are part of the annual Cana-Doo-Wop weekend at Canadohta Lake and are organized by the Canadohta Lake Area Business Association.
