Union City Police File Drug Charges Following Search Warrant

UNION CITY — Union City Police have filed drug-related charges against a local woman following the execution of a search warrant at a North Main Street apartment.

According to authorities, an officer observed a marijuana plant in plain view through a window on May 28. Investigators subsequently obtained a search warrant and searched the residence the following day.

Police reported recovering a large marijuana plant, a small amount of additional marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia during the search.

Charges were filed against Lisa Arndt in connection with the investigation.

Details of the case were released by the Union City Police Department on June 18.
