The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has announced that all driver license and photo centers, including the full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.
PennDOT says many driver and vehicle services will still be available online during the holiday weekend. Services include driver’s license and vehicle registration renewals, address changes, duplicate licenses and ID cards, REAL ID pre-verification, and driver exam scheduling.
Officials also reminded residents that a REAL ID or another federally accepted form of identification, such as a passport, is now required for domestic air travel.
Traffic and road condition information is also available through 511PA and the 511PA mobile app.
