Police said officers were dispatched at 3:36 a.m. April 28 to the intersection of North Franklin Street and Union Street for a report of a crash involving a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a tree.
When officers arrived, they found a Chevrolet Trailblazer with heavy front-end damage overturned on its roof and partially engulfed in flames. Titusville Fire Department crews responded and quickly extinguished the fire.
