Corry Police Charge Man with Harassment Following Disturbance

Corry City Police have filed harassment charges against an 18-year-old following a reported disturbance earlier this month.

According to police, officers responded to an incident on April 11 around 8:16 p.m. at 560 Liberty Street. Following an investigation, police allege that Nicholas Kucnick Jr. used a vehicle in an attempt to harass another individual by performing burnouts and causing damage to property.

Kucnick Jr. is scheduled to answer to the charges at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Buell.

Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
