Judge Todd Woodin denied a motion seeking reconsideration of the sentence for 73-year-old Ronald Rastetter. Rastetter previously pleaded guilty to felony charges involving separate incidents with a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old girl.

He was sentenced in January to a combined 7½ to 15 years in prison, along with probation, in Warren County Court.

The charges stemmed from investigations by Pennsylvania State Police at Corry in 2025.
