The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency will offer a series of upcoming seminars aimed at helping students and families better understand how to pay for college.
The sessions will focus on key financial topics, including student loan options and strategies for covering remaining college costs after financial aid is applied.
A seminar titled “Borrowing for Higher Education” will be offered twice, first on Thursday, May 7 from noon to 1:45 p.m., and again on Tuesday, June 23 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. The session will provide an overview of loan options available to students and families.
Another seminar, “Deep Dive into Covering the Gap,” will also be held twice. That session is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. and Thursday, June 11 from noon to 12:45 p.m. It will focus on understanding college billing and making informed decisions about financing education costs.
The seminars are designed to help students and families navigate the financial aspects of higher education and make informed decisions about funding their college experience.
