A man was taken into custody earlier this month in Corry after police discovered he had an active arrest warrant.
According to the City of Corry Police Department, officers conducted a traffic stop around 12:48 a.m. on April 6 at the intersection of East Main Street and North Center Street. Police reported observing a Ford sedan being operated by its registered owner, identified as 58-year-old Scott Schreckengost, who was wanted on a warrant out of Titusville.
Schreckengost was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Corry City Police Department. He was later released to officers from the Titusville Police Department.
