The Union City Bears boys basketball team was back in action on Friday night as they traveled to Eisenhower to take on the Knights in a region game.
The Knights would pull out to an early lead in the first quarter, outscoring the Bears 21-11. It would be all Eisenhower from there, as they would go on to defeat the Bears 74-52. The win improved the Knights to 15-3 (6-1) on the season, while the Bears fell to 7-11 (2-4).
The Bears will return to action on Tuesday as they hit the road to take on Erie First Christian in another region game.
