Motorists traveling through Warren County should prepare for two upcoming weekend closures on the Route 59 bridge over Kinzua Creek at the Allegheny Reservoir.
PennDOT announced the bridge will close for approximately 48 hours starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, and again on Friday, October 17, 2025, as crews complete the final stages of repair work.
During the closures, drivers will be detoured using Route 6 and Route 321 (Kane-Marshburg Road).
The temporary traffic signal currently in place on the bridge will remain operational between closure dates. The bridge is expected to fully reopen to traffic by late fall 2025.
