A Spartansburg man was taken into custody earlier this month after being located by Corry Police on an outstanding arrest warrant.

According to police officers were notified by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department on May 2 that Donald Smith, 60, of Spartansburg, was believed to be at the Corry Federal Credit Union. Officers responded to the location at 728 Worth Street around 2:17 p.m. and confirmed Smith’s presence.
Smith was arrested at the scene without incident and transported to Erie County Prison.
