State Police have charged a PA state constable following a traffic related incident in September in Amity township. According to the report a 27-year old Corry man was following a Ford Explorer at the intersection of Routes 8 & 89 and Stateline Rd. when the operator of the Explorer allegedly activated emergency blue and red lights, approached the victim’s vehicle and became belligerent. Following the incident the victim reported both vehicles continued north on Route 8 without further incident. According to the police report, charges of Impersonate Public Servant were filed against 49 year-old Mark Biletnikoff through District Justice Denise Buell. Biletnikoff is the Elected Constable for Green Township according to the Erie County Web Site.
