State Police at Meadville charge a Waterford man with Indecent Exposure and Lewdness.
Police report today that 23 year-old Jason Bentley allegedly exposed himself in a parking area at the Woodcock Dam in Crawford County last month.
A 33 year-old Meadville woman was described as the victim.
