UC Today radio partners Channel 98.9 and Sunny 105.7 are kicking off the New Year with a look back.

Channel 98.9 Corry’s Radio Alternative will once again count down the top 98 modern rock tracks of the year in the local area. The Top 98 of 2022 begins New Year’s Eve at midnight and repeats New Year’s Day. The countdown has been an annual tradition since 2018. Several regional artists have made the list this year. Sunny 105.7 Canadohta Lake’s Greatest Hits will salute the artists that passed away in 2022 on “Rock and Roll Heaven.” Some of the names include Meatloaf, Olivia Newton-John and Jerry Lee Lewis. The show is hosted by Mark Stafford and runs for three hours beginning New Year’s Eve at midnight and repeats New Year’s Day at noon.
