State Police report the arrest of a Spartansburg man for aggravated assault.
Forty-nine tear-old Timothy Rodgers alleged rammed a Titusville man with a U-T-V who was riding an A-T-V. The incident took place at a location on Welch Hill Road in Crawford County.
