Cambridge Springs Police charge a former fire department chief and financial secretary of the Cambridge Springs Fireman’s Carnival with allegedly stealing more than $7,000 from the organization. Forty-seven year-old Christian French of Cambridge Springs faces a preliminary hearing October 5th on 18 charges. The charges were filed September 21st following  an audit. French was released following an arraignment.
