Titusville Police charge a woman with multiple charges including attempted kidnapping. Sixty-one year old Lynette Watson was arrested last Wednesday outside a home located on Main Street in Titusville. Watson allegedly attempted to take two children playing outside their home claiming she was a public servant. The mother called the police. Watson was arraigned on the charges where a ten thousand bail was set. She was taken to the Crawford County Jail. A preliminary hearing will take place next month.
