Hydetown First Responder Day Sept. 27

The Hydetown Volunteer Fire Department will host First Responder Day on Sunday, September 27, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the fire department, 12638 Main Street in Hydetown.
The free, family-friendly event will include food and refreshments, gift bags for children, a fire hose spray, and tours of the training facility. Visitors can also try on firefighting gear.
Emergency vehicles and teams will be on display, including ambulances, Titusville Fire Department, the Cherry Tree K-9 Team, Pennsylvania State Police, Titusville Police Department and Shambaugh Towing.
