Liquid Fuels Tax applications due Sept. 30

HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania farmers and first responders are being reminded to submit Liquid Fuels Tax applications by Sept. 30 for eligible purchases of unleaded gasoline and on-road, clear diesel used for machinery and vehicle operations.

The Pennsylvania Treasury’s Board of Finance and Revenue sent applications to eligible organizations, including farming operations, volunteer fire companies, ambulance providers and nonprofit rescue squads.

Electronic applications and supporting documents must be received by Sept. 30. Mailed applications and documents must be postmarked by the same date.

Forms and required documents can be submitted electronically by emailing BFRLiquidFuels@patreasury.gov. Forms can also be uploaded through the Treasury’s website at patreasury.gov/bfr.
