Erie County is inviting residents to the Erie County Arts, Music, and History Festival on Saturday, August 23, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Wattsburg.
The free, family-friendly event will include historical displays, food trucks, artisan crafters and live music from Wicked Goose and Hot Mess. The Gas and Gears II Car Show will also be held, with free entry for participants and trophies awarded in multiple categories.
The first 250 festival-goers will receive a free Erie County 250 T-shirt. A time capsule containing items from Erie County municipalities and local residents will also be sealed and preserved for 50 years.
The festival is presented by America250PA Erie County.
