WATERFORD TOWNSHIP — Pennsylvania State Police are seeking a Waterford Township man who is wanted on an active arrest warrant stemming from an alleged Protection From Abuse violation.
According to a Pennsylvania State Police Erie station report, 25-year-old Austin Rodrigo Ramirez of Waterford Township was identified during an investigation into a PFA violation that occurred Aug. 6 in Waterford Borough.
Police said Ramirez has an active arrest warrant through PSP-Erie for the PFA violation and is known to flee from troopers when contacted. The report also states that Ramirez is known to frequent Waterford Borough and Waterford Township.
Police said Ramirez is currently on bail for charges including fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, possession of a firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license and a PFA violation.

Ramirez is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
