BROKENSTRAW TOWNSHIP — Two children died following a house fire at the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park in Brokenstraw Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
State Police Warren was contacted by the Warren County 911 Dispatch Center to assist local fire departments at the scene of the residential fire. According to the police report, two adults and an infant were able to escape the residence safely.
After emergency crews arrived and efforts were made at the scene, two young children were found deceased inside the residence.
State Police identified the incident as a fire and death investigation. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information was provided in the initial report.
