Two people are facing charges following an investigation into multiple alleged retail theft incidents at the Walmart store in Corry.
According to the Corry Police Department, officers were contacted April 29 by Walmart’s asset protection investigator regarding evidence connected to alleged thefts occurring on April 19, April 24, and April 26 at the store on East Columbus Avenue.
Police identified the defendants as Alyssa Hubbard, 37, of Corry, and Robert Hudson, 42, of Corry. Authorities allege the two entered the store on multiple occasions and committed retail theft offenses.
Both individuals are scheduled to answer the charges before District Judge Buell at a later date.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
