According to police, the first incident occurred on April 15 around 8:14 p.m. at a residence on Spring Street. Officers responded to a domestic call and, during the investigation, reportedly found 48-year-old Scott Schreckengost in possession of a controlled substance.

Two additional arrests were made during a traffic stop on April 17 around 12:50 a.m. along West Columbus Avenue. Police say a roadside investigation led to the arrests of 31-year-old James Bailey and 45-year-old Melissa Myers, both charged with possession of a controlled substance.

All three individuals are scheduled to answer the charges at future hearings before Magisterial District Judge Denise Buell.

All charges are allegations and those accused are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
