Annual Blood Analysis Program Scheduled in Corry

A Wellness Program Annual Blood Analysis will be offered in Corry on March 28 and May 16th at St. Elizabeth’s Center, 33 West Pleasant Street.
Appointments are required and will be scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The program is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Corry in partnership with AMBA Wellness Programs and Quest Diagnostics.
The screening includes a comprehensive blood panel that checks for conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney and liver function, cholesterol levels, and more. The cost for the main panel is $45, with optional tests available for an additional fee.
This screening is not covered by Medicare or most insurance plans. Payment must be made by check or money order on the day of the program.
To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-234-8888, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A physician’s authorization is required, and participants should have their doctor’s information ready when calling.
