Winter Fun Day set for Feb. 15

It’s time to take advantage of the snow and cold and have some fun.
The Union City Parks and Recreation Commission and McLane Church will sponsor
Winter Fun Day for Sunday, Feb. 15, from 2 to 5 p.m.
The event will include sled riding on Willow Street Hill, and participants can compete
on an obstacle course at the hill, both from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
Prizes for the obstacle course will be awarded at McLane Church on Market Street at
4:30 p.m.
There will be indoor activities and food inside the church, at no cost, from 2 to 5 p.m.
There will be free horse-drawn wagon rides to transport participants between the Willow
Street Hill and McLane Church.
