Corry City Police have released information on several retail theft incidents from late December, all occurring at the Walmart on East Columbus Avenue.
On December 26, officers responded to a reported retail theft and arrested 44-year-old Evan Bayer. Police allege Bayer stole merchandise valued at $25.17. The incident was reported at approximately 7:37 p.m.
In a separate case on December 24, officers arrested two individuals following a retail theft complaint at the same location. Police say 40-year-old Christopher Davids and 48-year-old Jeri Finney were taken into custody after an investigation determined Davids allegedly stole merchandise valued at $28.76, while Finney is accused of stealing items valued at $135.96. That incident was reported shortly before 1:45 p.m.
Another retail theft was reported on December 17, resulting in the arrest of 37-year-old Amber Meneely. Police allege Meneely stole merchandise valued at $18.60.
All four individuals were scheduled to answer to the charges at hearings to be held at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Denise Marie Buell.
