A Warren man was cited for public drunkenness after police responded to an early morning disturbance on Heidi Lane in Corry on May 17.
According to a report from the Corry Police Department, officers were dispatched around 6:29 a.m. following reports of a male causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, police spoke with witnesses who said the individual had become aggressive after being asked to leave the property.
The man, identified as Austin Donato, 29, of Warren, PA, allegedly struck another person during the altercation, resulting in minor injuries.
Police say Donato showed visible signs of impairment and admitted to being under the influence of alcohol. He was cited at the scene for public drunkenness.
The incident remains under review by local authorities.
