Corry Police report the arrest of a homeless man for allegedly stealing bicycles including one that was electric. Police identified the man as 44 year-old Mark Jacobs.
Police were dispatched to an Airport Road location where the electric bike was taken on November 27th. An investigation led to Jacobs’ arrest.
