State Police at Corry are investigating an alleged animal cruelty case in Columbus Township.
Police were sent to a location on Spencer Road Friday afternoon and found a dead dog tied to a cable under a crawl space. Police contacted Warren County Humane Society following the discovery. On Monday afternoon a search warrant was served on the property and no other animals were found. The police report states an 52-year-old woman was arrested in the case.
Police continue to investigate this incident.
