A Corry man is facing multiple charges including Burglary, Flight to Avoid Apprehension and Disorderly Conduct. Thirty-two year-old Richard Livingston was taken into custody at a Snyder Circle location by Corry Police. Livingston was charged and taken to the Erie County Prison pending further court action.
He was wanted on a warrant and spotted on Main Street where he fled and allegedly broke into a house on East South Street Thursday.
