Corry State Police investigated the theft of a dump trailer. It went missing from a Reed Road location in Concord Township of Erie County. Turns out the owner forgot he loaned it to a friend. The trailer is now back where it belongs. No charges were filed since the borrower had permission from the owner to take the trailer.
