Pennsylvania State Police charge a Corry man with theft. The 32 year old man allegedly stole a tractor and sold it for $200. The victim, a Spartansburg man, advised the buyer the tractor had been stolen and belonged to him.
The buyer returned the tractor and is out $200.
Police did not release names.
