A Spring Creek man is facing multiple charges including Criminal Mischief, Terroristic Threats, Assault and Harassment. 19 year-old Jonah Kirkpatrick was arrested by State Police, arraigned on the charges and taken to the Warren County Jail. A police report states Kirkpatrick allegedly threatened to kill his mother, rammed the family vehicle with an ATV,  hit it with a sledgehammer and smashed the windows.
