State Police report traffic accidents claimed two lives in northwestern Pennsylvania. A Sheffield man, Charles Honeywell, was killed when his vehicle slammed head-on into a truck on State Route 948 near Henry Mills Road in Warren County. The truck driver survived. Another accident in Erie County claimed the life of a Girard man. Twenty-four year-old Dylan Oakes lost control of a motorcycle on West Ridge Road and slammed into several objects. .
