State Police report a Corry man was killed on Piccadilly Hill Road early Sunday morning. The police report states 36 year-old Curtis Higby was walking alongside the road and for an unknown reason walked into the path of a vehicle. Troopers also report Higby was wearing dark clothing. Higby was pronounced at the scene by the Warren County Coroner. The driver of the pick-up truck was identified as 36 year-old Todd Phillips of Corry and was not injured. Police were assisted by Spring Creek Fire Department and Emergycare EMS.
