A glider crashed in Mayville Saturday. The pilot and passenger survived.
The trip started at the Dart Airport in Hartfield and ended in a wooded area near the Chautauqua Lake Central School.
The pilot stated the glider was losing altitude and he was attempting an emergency landing.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff has notified the FAA about the crash.
