On 8/7/22 state police from Erie responded to 812 Page Rd. in Venango township for the report of threats – actor not on scene. The investigation determined Shane Kosterman, 62, of Wattsburg allegedly entered the property wielding a machete and threatened the victim, a 61 year old Erie man, in the presence of witnesses. Kosterman was interviewed and admitted to the accusations. He was taken into custody and processed on the charges of terroristic threats.
