Corry Man Charged in Retail Theft Case

CORRY — A 31-year-old Corry man has been charged with retail theft following an investigation into a reported incident at Corry Lumber.

According to the Corry Police Department, officers investigated a prior theft reported at the business, located at 630 E. Columbus Avenue, on Oct. 9. Police reviewed security footage and identified the individual as Dakota Schmoke.

Schmoke was charged with retail theft, according to police.

Individuals charged are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
