The Canadohta Lake Area Business Association is inviting families to its annual Kids Fish and Fun Day on Saturday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the The Frog Pond Restaurant.
Fishing registration begins at 9:00 a.m., with fishing continuing until 12:00 noon. Family fun activities begin at noon and include bounce houses, a dunk tank, and more.
The free event is open to children of all ages. Organizers say every child will receive a prize, bicycles will be raffled off, and each child will receive a free hot dog and chips.
The event is free to attend, although donations are welcome to help support future children’s activities at Canadohta Lake.
Everyone is invited to come out for a day of fishing, games, and family fun.
