Corry Man Taken Into Custody on Bench Warrant

CORRY — A Corry man was taken into custody July 11 after Corry Police located him while he was wanted on a bench warrant.

According to police, officers made contact with 46-year-old Ryan Burrows at the intersection of South Center and East Church streets at approximately 3:46 p.m. Police said Burrows was known to officers to have an active bench warrant and was taken into custody without incident.

Police said Burrows was transported to the Corry Police Department before being turned over to the Erie County Sheriff’s Department for transport to Erie County Prison.
