Erie Man Faces Multiple Charges Following Attempted Break-In in Corry

An Erie man is facing multiple charges after police say he attempted to break into a Corry residence and resisted officers during his arrest.

According to Corry police, officers were dispatched to a home in the 40 block of East Smith Street at approximately 1:54 a.m. on June 20 after receiving a report of a man attempting to gain entry into the residence.

Police identified the suspect as Logan Warren, 24, of Erie. Officers said Warren remained at the scene when they arrived but failed to comply with commands and attempted to flee.

Following a brief struggle, Warren was taken into custody. He was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital for evaluation before being released to police.

Warren was charged with burglary, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public drunkenness. After processing, he was transported to the Erie County Prison.
