Union City School Board Recognizes Departing Administrators

The Union City Area School Board recognized three administrators who will be leaving the district at the end of the school year during its June 2 committee-of-the-whole meeting.

Honored were Union City Area High School Principal Dan Keefer, Union City Area Elementary School Principal Melissa Tomcho and Director of Curriculum and Special Programs Stacey Dell.

Keefer is departing after accepting a superintendent position in another school district. Tomcho is retiring following 35 years of service in education, while Dell is leaving the district due to relocation.
