Man Charged After Firearm Discharged During Corry Domestic Incident

A Corry man is facing multiple charges following a domestic incident involving a discharged firearm, according to the Corry Police Department.

Police say officers responded around 6:17 p.m. on March 31 to a report of a domestic situation on East South Street. During the investigation, it was determined a firearm had been discharged during the incident. No injuries were reported.

Authorities later determined the firearm in question had been reported stolen. Nathan Gaidowski has been charged with theft, reckless endangerment, and related offenses. He is scheduled to appear for a hearing before Magisterial District Judge Denise Buell at a later date.

All charges are allegations. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
