A Corry man was taken into custody Monday afternoon after officers with the City of Corry Police Department spotted him walking along West Frederick Street.

According to police, 45-year-old Ryan Burrows of 126 W. Frederick Street was recognized by officers during a routine patrol around 12:08 p.m. Authorities were aware that Burrows had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Corry Police Department. Burrows was later transferred to Erie County Prison.
