A Spartansburg man is facing assault charges. State Police were called to Corry Memorial Hospital regarding an incident that happened in the early morning on January 23rd. According to the report an 18 year-old Spartansburg woman went to the emergency room claiming she was assaulted by her 49 year-old father at a location on Sundback Rd. Charges were filed through District Judge Amy Nicols office. Police did not release the name of the accused.
