A Corry man is facing criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges. According to a report released today, 38 year-old Robert Yost allegedly damaged a fence, picnic table and scattered trash at Spartansburg Events Playground at Mill and Main Streets on June 19th.
The damage was estimated at $2,000. Yost was charged with criminal mischief, scattering rubbish and disorderly conduct and will answer the charges in District Court 30-3-06.
